🚨 MUST READ: Something CATACLYSMIC Just Happened… SCOTUS Just Destroyed the Fourth Branch of Government The Administrative Deep-State, and Restored Power Back to our Constitutional Freedoms! Follow along and understand that Donald Trump is literally saving America with his SCOTUS picks… 🇺🇸 🔴 SCOTUS just ruled on a case named Loper Bright Enterprises, Inc. v. Raimondo, Sec. of Comm. Summary Opinion: The courts MAY NOT defer to an agency interpretation of the law simply because a statute is ambiguous; CHEVRON IS OVERRULED.” ✅ ROBERTS, delivered the opinion. THOMAS, ALITO, GORSUCH, KAVANAUGH, and BARRETT joined. ❌ KAGAN, J., filed a dissenting opinion, SOTOMAYOR & JACKSON, joined 🔴 THE MAIN FOCUS here is that the “Chevron Deference” has been Overturned in this case • the Chevron Deference was established in 1984, which instructed courts to defer to federal agencies’ interpretations of laws where the underlying statute is, “unclear”. • This basically means since 1984, unelected bureaucrats (deep state) in Federal Agencies have Lorded over the American people and been able to invent law as they see fit. —— in simpler words, the Administrative State (Deep State), had the power to govern themselves and interpret the law as they see fit. • The Chevron Defence has been the root of government unaccountability, and countless rules and regulations that govern our lives; much more than congress does. —— For every law congress passes, there are probably 500 regulations set by unelected bureaucrats. • This immediately affects hundreds of Federal bureaucracy agencies. • Any and all public health agencies • Any and all public safety agencies • Any and all environmental agencies, including the EPA • the Food & Drug Administration Etc. I can’t emphatically express this enough, THIS IS A VERY BIG NAIL in the coffin of the deep state! 🔴 THIS IS undeniable proof that Donald Trump has been saving America with his SCOTUS picks… • Without Trump being elected President In 2016, Trump never would have picked 3 SCOTUS Justices (Hillary would have), and all these life-changing decisions never would have happened… ✅ Roe v Wade overturned! • Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization —— this will fundamentally change the nuclear family in America. ✅ Constitutional Carry Protected! • New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen —— this fortified our sovereign right to keep and bear arms under the 2nd amendment. ✅ Religious Freedoms Secured! • Kennedy v. Bremerton School District - Lemon Case overturned. —— Everywhere where crosses & the Ten Commandments were, they had to be taken down due to Lemon, they can now come back up! Prayers in all institutions & businesses are now safe! ✅ Affirmative Action Overturned! • Harvard and SFFA v. UNC —— this will fundamentally change this country and stop what they call “positive discrimination”. This will have a trickle down effect and benefit society as a whole. ✅ Climate Change Agenda - Halted! • West Virginia vs EPA, Ohio v. EPA —— not allowing the government to dictate impossible regulations that would destroy the middle-class and farmers, creating government monopoly. ✅ The Fourth Branch of Government - Destroyed! • Loper Bright Enterprises, Inc. v. Raimondo, Sec. of Comm. —— this decision will fundamentally transform America, affect countless rules and regulations regarding every aspect of our lives. ✅ Cleaner & Safer Streets— Common Sense Restored! • City of Grant Pass v. Johnson —— cities can now legally remove homeless people camping on public property. This will do wonders to stop homeless people from overrunning public parks with tents, drugs, trash, and other filth. Can’t you see….? Without Trump being elected President In 2016, Trump never would have picked those 3 SCOTUS Justices. Hillary would have. None of these Country & life-changing decisions never would have happened… Thank you GOD! 🙌 Drop a . If GOD IS GOOD!!!!!!!

The Elusive Concept of Time. Your instincts treat time like a background meter the whole universe shares. Relativity does not take time away, it forces you to earn it operationally. Events are points. Motion is a curve through them. A clock is not a metaphor, it is a worldline with a number attached to it. Two observers can disagree on which distant events are simultaneous, and nothing contradictory happens, because causal structure is still pinned down by light cones and invariants. Even in weak gravity the rule shows up. A clock deeper in a gravitational potential ticks more slowly relative to one far away. Near a compact object the difference becomes hard to ignore. Add rotation and spacetime itself picks up a twist. That twist is frame dragging, not a new force, just geometry telling you that time and angle are coupled in a rotating spacetime. In the animation You are watching a geometry lesson disguised as a black hole scene. The fabric is a visualization of the field shaping clock-rates and the paths light can take. The ripples are driven by local proper time, so their phase visibly slows as you approach the horizon. The accretion disk is lensed through Kerr ray tracing, and its brightness is pushed by redshift and beaming so the approaching side can flare while the receding side dims. Beacon points at different radii pulse at different rates, so you can see time dilation without any labels. The bead ring is a redshift tracer, with intensity scaled by a g³ proxy so deeper emission arrives weaker and shifted. The math breakdown Start with what a clock actually measures. Proper time τ is the accumulated time along an observer’s worldline. In special relativity, the invariant interval is ds² = c² dt² − dx² − dy² − dz² Along a timelike path, dτ = (1/c) √(ds²) = √( dt² − (1/c²)(dx²+dy²+dz²) ) If the observer moves with speed v, so dx²+dy²+dy²+dz² = v² dt², then dτ = dt √(1 − v²/c²) That is time dilation as geometry. The moving clock accumulates less τ between the same pair of events. Now add gravity. General relativity replaces the flat interval with a metric gᵤᵥ that depends on position: ds² = gᵤᵥ dxᵘ dxᵛ For a stationary clock in Schwarzschild geometry (mass M), the time component is g_tt = −(1 − 2GM/(rc²)) If the clock sits at fixed r (no spatial motion), ds² = g_tt c² dt², so dτ = dt √(1 − 2GM/(rc²)) Closer to the mass means a smaller factor, so the clock ticks more slowly relative to a clock far away. That is the rule used to drive the fabric phase in the animation. Now connect time to light. A gravitational field shifts photon frequency. Between an emitter at rₑ and an observer at rₒ, f_obs / f_emit = √( (1 − 2GM/(rₑ c²)) / (1 − 2GM/(rₒ c²)) ) For a far-away observer rₒ → ∞, f_obs / f_emit = √(1 − 2GM/(rₑ c²)) Deeper emission arrives redshifted. Lower frequency. Lower energy per photon. In the render, the disk intensity uses a Kerr-derived redshift factor g (clipped for stability). The bead ring uses a simple radiative proxy I_obs ∝ g³ I_emit to make that effect visible. Finally, why rotation looks like a twist. A rotating black hole is Kerr geometry. The key structural change is a nonzero g_tφ term, which couples time to angle. That coupling is frame dragging in equations. Near the hole, being stationary is not the same notion everywhere, because the local inertial frames are being pulled around the spin axis. So the moral stays clean. Time is not a universal substance flowing everywhere at one rate. It is what clocks accumulate along worldlines. Light cones constrain what can influence what. Invariants are what everyone agrees on. The rest is operational detail that only feels universal because our daily corner of the universe is slow and mild. #GeneralRelativity #Gravity #FrameDragging #BlackHoles #Spacetime

Man gets arrested for going for a walk at 6am with his autistic child. Taken down and cuffed with zero remorse from a Tyrant cop. Huge settlement in the end. Around 6:00 AM on Independence Day, John Sexton was taking an early morning walk through a public alleyway with his 6-year-old autistic son. They were approached by Watonga Police Officers Joaquin Montoya and Monty Goodwin, who claimed Sexton’s presence in the alley was "suspicious." When Officer Goodwin demanded Sexton's ID, Sexton explained he didn't have physical identification on him and argued he wasn't legally required to show it. Sexton stepped back slightly and pulled out his phone to record the encounter. Without warning, Officer Goodwin executed a leg sweep, taking Sexton to the ground directly in front of his 6-year-old son, before handcuffing and arresting him. Officers cited localized spray-painting and the early hour as grounds for the stop. However, under Brown v. Texas (1979), simply walking through a high-crime or tagged area at an unusual hour is considered "neutral behavior" and does NOT give police reasonable articulable suspicion to detain someone. Oklahoma is NOT a traditional stop-and-identify state for pedestrians. On foot, citizens are not legally mandated to hand over physical ID unless a specific underlying crime is established. Under 10th Circuit precedent (Morris v. Noe), executing a violent takedown on an unarmed, non-violent, non-resisting individual who poses zero threat is a Fourth Amendment violation—a standard made even more egregious by doing so feet away from a young child. Because the initial stop lacked legal foundation, the subsequent demand for ID, physical tackle, and arrest for "obstruction" were legally invalid from the start. All charges against John Sexton (obstruction and resisting arrest) were completely dismissed. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) investigated Goodwin's use of force and found evidence of misdemeanor assault and battery. However, the Blaine County DA declined to press criminal charges, citing the high legal burden of proving malice to a jury. Goodwin was initially fired by the city, and was briefly reinstated on a technicality over verbal vs. written warnings, and then resigned after another video surfaced showing him repeatedly punching an autistic 15-year-old during a separate call. Following massive public outcry and over 200 calls for accountability, Watonga's Mayor, Vice Mayor, and City Manager were all forced to resign. In April 2026, the City of Watonga officially settled a civil rights lawsuit filed by John Sexton for $150,000. Blaine County Sheriff Travis Doggett also publicly condemned the officers' actions, revealing Goodwin had previously been demoted within the Sheriff's Office after losing the trust of his own deputies. While the city eventually paid out a settlement and leadership was wiped clean, the real cost can't be fixed with a check: Sexton’s 6-year-old son, who used to dress up as a police officer for Halloween, was left traumatized and terrified of law enforcement.

🚨EXCLUSIVE: 🚨 Woman Convicted of Forging Medical Credentials and Fraudulently Treating Patients - Including Children - Now Running TPUSA-Connected K-12 School after Name Change and Zero Transparency Regarding Her Felony Record 🚨 Some of you may remember my exclusive reporting on Hood County in the past. A man was arrested for posting a meme. Well, buckle up buttercup. Now we have more coming out of Hood County and it’s not good. Hood County- Granbury, Texas - A woman by the name of “Shawna” has recently launched a K-12 school in Granbury, Texas. The school also appears publicly connected to TPUSA Faith organizing circles through local Hood County faith and political event materials listing Shawna Keomisy as “Director TP Faith Hub of Hood County.” Federal court records have now surfaced, involving the woman identified as the school’s founder and head administrator. Public records reviewed by me and my team show multiple name variations associated with Shawna, including Shawna Michelle Gunter, Shawna Michelle Keomisy, Shawna Michelle Oconnell/O’Connell, Shawna Boswell, Shawna M. Gunter, Shawna M. Oconnell, and Shawna Oconnor Gunter. I then matched this with Maryland issued social security information. Turning Point Academy of Granbury publicly identifies “Shawna” as Founder and Head of School. Federal court records show that Shawna Michelle Gunter pleaded guilty in a federal criminal case involving wire fraud and aggravated identity theft in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. According to federal records and plea materials, Gunter falsely represented herself as a physician assistant! And used altered or fabricated medical credentials, obtained employment at a pediatric medical practice, and provided medical care without a valid medical license or proper medical training. Federal filings state the conduct involved HUNDREDS of pediatric patients and prescriptions. The records further state that Gunter fraudulently treated patients - including infants and children - while operating under false medical credentials. Between July 5, 2013 and August 18,2013, Gunter worked as a physician's assistant under the direct supervision of Dr. Ramirez. Between August 19, 2013 and August 29, 2013, Gunter saw pediatric patients without any direct supervision. During this time she diagnosed and treated over 200 infants and children, including for sick visits, ADHD follow-ups, newborn visits and routine physicals. During she issued over 400 prescriptions for controlled substances. Court records show the federal case proceeded under United States v. Shawna Michelle Gunter. Sentencing filings show a federal sentencing hearing was ultimately scheduled before U.S. District Judge Richard D. Bennett. Federal records also indicate the court previously expressed concern about community safety prior to sentencing and referenced a documented history of deceptive conduct tied to the case. According to my sources, parents were not informed about the founder’s federal criminal history before enrolling their children in Shawna’s school. It appears that TPUSA does NOT complete criminal-background checks for their leadership. All leadership, staff, volunteers, and anyone with access to children should be highly vetted! TPUSA needs to address this. I will be reaching out as a follow up.

//The Wire//2300Z August 24, 2026// //ROUTINE// //BLUF: BODY DUMP SITE LOCATED IN OREGON. MARITIME TRAFFIC IN MIDDLE EAST REMAINS STAGNANT AS HOUTHIS STRIKE SHIP IN RED SEA. RENO WILDFIRE CONTINUES TO THREATEN SUBURBS.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events- Red Sea/HOA: This morning a merchant vessel was struck by an unidentified munition in the Red Sea, to the west of the port of Yanbu. The M/V AMZAN was struck by the Houthis while transiting the Red Sea, and as of this afternoon remains on fire. Ukraine: This morning a mass stabbing attack was reported at a monetary in Donestk. An unidentified group of assailants breached the compound of the Holy Dormition Svyatogorsk Lavra Monastery, and began attacking the clergymen living at the compound. This attack resulted in the murder of at least one monk, and the wounding of several others. An investigation is currently underway to identify the culprits of the attack. -HomeFront- New York: Over the weekend, Buffalo-Niagara International Airport ran out of jet fuel, resulting in aircraft diverting to other airports to refuel. Delays continued throughout the evening for some flights, with most flights returning to normal this morning. Analyst Comment: This is more of a localized issue resulting with problems internal to the airport. Initially, statements indicated that the problem was within the supply chain itself, as this airport is supplied by trucks carrying fuel and not a pipeline like many other airports. However this afternoon, the airport stated that the issue was due to an electrical wiring problem at the fuel point. Oregon: On Saturday, authorities discovered a body dump site at a rural home in Washington County. Local authorities initially responded to a fire at a residence on NW Otis Lane, after neighbors reported seeing a vehicle on fire at this location. Once firefighters arrived on scene, they discovered a series of human remains. All total, 5x bodies were found at this location, along with several deceased animals. Once police arrived on scene, the suspect was identified as Benjamin Charles Parker, who was tracked to an undisclosed location in Enumclaw, WA. At this location, Parker was discovered deceased in his vehicle. No further information has been provided on this incident, and the investigation into what actually happened continues. Nevada: Major wildfires continue to spread in the vicinity of Reno, with roughly 14,000 homes remaining under mandatory evacuation orders. Residential areas to the north and west of the city remain threatened as the Hawk Fire remains at zero-percent containment. Local authorities state that this fire was caused by human activity, though the exact point and circumstances of the origin has not yet been disclosed. -----END TEARLINE----- Analyst Comments: In the Middle East, maritime traffic throughout the region remains stagnant as the war of information continues. On Friday, reports circulated claiming that 40x ships passed through the Strait of Hormuz secretly, using the southern Omani route. In reality, this report is a complete fabrication. Not only is merchant traffic easily verifiable via a number of sources, but the UKMTO themselves (which work for USNAVCENT) stated that this entire week, the amount of traffic through the Strait has been in the "single digits" both ways. This report was almost certainly intended to manipulate financial markets once again, as Brent crude started climbing back up due to the announcement of the economic warfare campaign intended for Iran. TankerTrackers has stated that all total, over the past 7 days, the entire region has exported 6 million barrels of oil per day, though not all of such has transited the Strait (some has originated from Oman and the UAE, which have pipelines bypassing the Strait). This figure is also the totality of petroleum that has been exported to the global market; the exact amount of petroleum which has specifically been exported to the United States is not as easy to parse from the total. Nevertheless, the total figure is still much less than the pre-war average of roughly 20 million barrels per day, which is the main reason for why the United States continues to drain the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. "900,000 BARRELS JUST ARRIVED IN JAPAN": President Trump's Truth Social Post Lands as Beijing's Hormuz Strategy Officially Implodes — Inside the Tanker That Just Rewrote the Indo-Pacific Energy Map The M/V Otis didn't just dock in Tokyo Bay. It docked on top of the CCP's entire wedge-strategy thesis. "HUGE MOMENT! Asia is getting their oil from the United States now. 900,000 barrels just arrived in Japan. America will lead the charge on oil dominance." President Trump's post — accompanied by an ANN News screenshot of an American crude tanker easing into Tokyo Bay at dawn — is doing the kind of work that ten policy white papers cannot. It is taking a moment of strategic transformation and stamping it onto the public consciousness in a single image: U.S. oil. Japanese port. Middle East bypassed. And for once, the substance behind the showmanship checks out. What Actually Happened in Tokyo Bay The tanker is the Suezmax-class M/V Otis (IMO 9408217). On the morning of Sunday, April 26, she eased up to an offshore jetty in Tokyo Bay carrying approximately 910,000 barrels of Texas light crude oil bound for a refinery in Chiba Prefecture. The cargo was transferred through an undersea pipeline to a facility operated by Cosmo Oil, a subsidiary of Cosmo Energy Holdings, where it will be processed into petroleum products including gasoline for domestic distribution. The voyage itself is the part that matters strategically. The Otis loaded in Texas on March 22 and completed a roughly 35-day voyage through the Panama Canal — one of the largest direct U.S. crude deliveries to Japan in years. The alternative routing — Cape of Good Hope, which takes about 55 days — was bypassed in favor of the Panama Canal, cutting transit time by roughly 20 days. This is the operational answer to a question Beijing assumed had no answer: Can American crude actually reach Japanese refineries fast enough, in sufficient volume, to matter when Hormuz is contested? The Otis is the receipt. The Real Number Is Not 910,000. It's 4x. A single tanker, as honest reporting from noted, amounts to less than one day's consumption in Japan. Taken in isolation, 910,000 barrels is a symbol, not a strategy. The strategy lives in the trendline. According to Japanese government documents reviewed by Reuters, Japanese imports of U.S. crude oil for May will be four times higher than they were a year earlier — up from a May 2025 baseline of 189,000 barrels daily, which represented about 8% of total imports that month. Tokyo also expects that by May, it will have secured half of its imports from suppliers outside the Middle East, with the United States the largest among those alternative suppliers, joined by Malaysia, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Nigeria, and Angola. For a country that historically sourced as much as 95% of its oil from the Middle East, this is the fastest reorientation of a G7 energy supply chain in the post-Cold War era. The Otis is the first tanker in a queue, not the last. The $56 Billion Bet Behind the Tanker None of this is happening on autopilot. On March 14, at the Asia-Pacific Energy Security Forum in Tokyo, Japan signed agreements worth up to $56 billion with the United States covering oil, natural gas, and LNG purchases and investments — sitting inside the broader framework from the 2025 U.S.-Japan trade agreement, under which Japan pledged $550 billion in U.S. investments, with energy as a key pillar. Five days later, Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi — Japan's first woman prime minister and one of the most China-skeptical leaders Tokyo has produced in a generation — walked into the Oval Office and, in front of cameras, embraced President Trump. The visit had a few rough edges: Trump's unprompted Pearl Harbor reference, made when a Japanese reporter asked why allies hadn't been warned about the February 28 strike on Iran, appeared to take Takaichi aback. But on substance the meeting did exactly what an alliance summit is supposed to do — it pre-positioned the energy pivot the Otis would later make material. By May 19, that pivot had widened into a trilateral. In Seoul, President Lee Jae-myung and Prime Minister Takaichi agreed to expand LNG cooperation under the bilateral Supply and Demand Cooperation Agreement signed in March, and to deepen information sharing and communication channels related to crude oil supply, demand, and stockpiling — explicitly framed by Seoul as a vehicle for South Korea–Japan and South Korea–U.S.–Japan cooperation for regional peace and stability. The Hormuz shock was supposed to fracture this triangle. Instead, it welded it. What Beijing Got Wrong — And Why It Matters The Chinese Communist Party's strategic miscalculation in the Hormuz file was not merely tactical. It was conceptual. For roughly a decade, Beijing's working thesis on Asian energy security has been that the United States cannot credibly underwrite the region from outside the Persian Gulf, and that any Middle East flashpoint would therefore translate into political leverage for China — the buyer of last resort with the deepest stockpiles, the longest supply contracts, and the most flexible sanctions tolerance. The thesis has just failed three stress tests at once. First, the logistics held. Alaskan crude can reach Japanese refineries via Pacific routes about a week faster than Middle Eastern shipments, and Texas crude via Panama — as the Otis proved — gets there in 35 days. Tokyo is now actively weighing expanded Alaskan imports and a joint U.S.-Japan strategic crude reserve arrangement. Second, the political will held. Takaichi did not hedge. She unilaterally began releasing 15 days' worth of private-sector reserves from March 16, followed by a month's worth of state-held oil, and committed Japan to participating in the IEA's coordinated 400-million-barrel release, with Japan contributing 80 million barrels — 54 million in crude and 26 million in oil products. Third — and most damaging to Beijing's strategic narrative — China's own position deteriorated. While Tokyo was diversifying westward across the Pacific, Iran continued sending the bulk of the crude still moving — roughly 1.22 million barrels per day — to China, after a record 2.16 million bpd in February that was entirely destined for Beijing as it amassed reserves. The CCP's "energy security" turned out to be a deeper handcuff to a sanctioned, militarily degraded supplier whose primary export terminal — Kharg Island, the departure point for roughly 90% of Iran's crude exports — has been struck by U.S. forces. Beijing did not de-risk. It concentrated risk. And when Trump publicly pressured Beijing to help secure Hormuz on the grounds that 90% of Chinese oil flowed through it, Chinese state spokespeople were reduced to publicly emphasizing that the country had "enough" energy reserves — an answer that managed to be both defensive and, in strategic terms, an admission. The Honest Caveats Serious analysis requires acknowledging what the headline glosses over. The Otis cargo is, by Japan's own ministry, less than one day's consumption. U.S. crude exports cannot fully substitute for Middle Eastern barrels: industry analysts cited by Axios put the realistic monthly ceiling for U.S. crude exports in the 5.5 million bpd range, with Gulf Coast port and terminal capacity acting as a hard infrastructure limit. The Iran war has been genuinely costly — Brent crude topped $110 a barrel in late March before retreating to roughly $98 by late May — and the global growth picture has been marked down accordingly. There are also legitimate technical questions about crude grade compatibility (U.S. light sweet vs. Middle Eastern medium sour) that Japanese refineries will need to manage. The diversification away from Hormuz is real, but it is not free, not frictionless, and not complete. These caveats sharpen the conclusion. They do not invert it. The Strategic Bottom Line Three months ago, the Hormuz file was supposed to be the lever that pried Tokyo loose from Washington. The arithmetic looked plausible on paper: Japan and South Korea are the third- and fourth-largest destinations for crude moving through the Strait of Hormuz, behind only China and India. Pain there should, in theory, have created political space for Beijing. It didn't. The pain became the catalyst. A $56 billion energy package. A four-fold surge in U.S. crude bound for Japanese refineries. A Suezmax tanker easing into Tokyo Bay at dawn carrying 910,000 barrels from Texas. A trilateral Tokyo–Seoul–Washington cooperation framework formalized in the middle of a war Beijing was counting on to crack it. There is a lesson here for anyone still treating CCP economic statecraft as inevitable: leverage that depends on your rival having no alternative evaporates the moment one is built. Tokyo built one. Washington underwrote it. Trump is now broadcasting it. And the manifests in Yokohama harbor are the proof. The alliance held. The wedge failed. The map has been redrawn — and the next tanker is already loading. Original article by me Aric Chen. Views are my own — welcome to discuss! © 2026 Aric Chen. All rights reserved.
