In 2017, Richard Ragland was enjoying a day with friends at a swimming at Foster Falls State Park, when he slipped under the water and sadly drowned. He died on June 4, just a few days before his 23rd birthday. In 2019, treasure hunter Rich Aloha, found Ragland’s GoPro and discovered a trove of footage filmed by Ragland on the day of his death. Below is some of the final footage that he filmed before his tragic death.

Yesterday, I was the keynote speaker at a business conference hosted and sponsored by AACI, Nefesh B’Nefesh, and Lesley Kaplan. It was a really great event but this had to be my favorite moment. Right before I took the stage, they blasted this song about how Hashem loves us and things will get better and better. Only in Israel. It was an epic moment.
