No. Spend. More. Money. To. Pay. Teachers. Better. Then stop treating them like, well, the way the GOP treats them.

remember like 3 weeks into the pandemic when everybody was saying teachers needed to be paid $500K? So obviously that isn't realistic, but the (lack of decent) compensation is a real problem. Would widen the talent pool dramatically to pay more.

And exactly what will the parents do?

Yes and work should be 4 days 10 hour shifts. Easier for everyone. Only big corporations wants us to slave 5 days for there needs.

School choice will fix this. Better education with less cost. Some kids can choose to learn about gender and other nonsense 4 days a week, and other kids can go to other schools that teach real subjects 5 days a week. We can see what works better.

I thought the Biden administration was great for teachers 🤷‍♂️
