As long as the EC commission cannot be elected by the people and as long as Von der Leyen can get away with secretive private agreements with the defense industry like she could get away with secretive private agreemetns with Pfizer CEO Bourla, the EC cannot be trusted with its own army.

A military force controlled by the likes of Von der Leyen and the like ?? what could possibly go wrong ?? .. In my humble opinion it would be better to dissolve the EU and let Sovereign Nations decide their own course.. oh, and NATO should be disbanded too..

No, citizens can’t vote directly for who is in the EU. And the corruption inside the EU is huge. So much power in one place can’t be trusted.

Better idea is to disband the EU Commission and start over with the original objectives for economic growth.
