Dick is upset that his neighbor has made friends with his cat, Mercury. Dick wants his neighbor to tell Mercury to go home and that she's not welcome in their yard anymore. The neighbor reminds Dick that Mercury is a cat and does not speak English. Dick threatens to call the police and accuses the neighbor of stealing the cat.
