Exactly, how does Andrew know all of the evidence? He sounds like he does but he doesn’t know what the defense attorneys have. My guess is he knows there is fake evidence that has planted that he doesn’t think will be contested.

I believe that ‘they’ve’ been told to ride it out, stick to the script, and once the trial is over, the world will have no choice but to accept the verdict and move on. I don't believe or trust anything Kolvet says. A day or two after Charlie's assassination, Kolvet told a story where they were working through something and Kolvet said that he told Charlie, "Wil just tell them ...", Charlie said, "We don't lie". Kolvet admitted to being a liar.
