The gold standard for Bitcoin safety, cold storage hardware wallets has been exploited. Weak randomness in the device enabled thieves, powered by AI or GPU clusters, to steal coins. Self-custody is no longer the fortress we believed it to be. Moving forward, preserving Bitcoin is going to be an anxious exercise for us all.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ WTF 🤬
