Canada is a mosaic, not a melting pot. A mosaic doesn’t dissolve its pieces. The beauty is in the arrangement, not the blending. On this #CanadianMulticulturalismDay, we celebrate the diverse communities whose contributions continue to build a strong and vibrant Canada.

Carney: Canada is a mosaic, not a melting pot. And this is the distinction that matters. Because a mosaic doesn't dissolve or blend its pieces. Each is stitched to each and all the pieces hold all. And the beauty is in the arrangement, not in the blending.

🚨PM Mark Carney : “Canada is a mosaic, not a melting pot.”🇨🇦 Carney’s neighbourhood: one of the wealthiest and most insulated in Canada.🇨🇦 Carney’s children: educated at American universities.🇺🇸 Carney’s wealth: 91% invested in America.🇺🇸 Carney’s company: headquartered in New York. 🇺🇸 The mosaic is beautiful when you can afford to live above it - at taxpayers expense. 🇨🇦 #CdnPoli #Carney #Canada

Canada is erasing the Palestinian identity from people's passports. This is cultural genocide.

MUST WATCH: PM Carney says "Canada is a mosaic, not a melting pot," arguing its strength comes from distinct parts (i.e. multiculturalism) held together by their arrangement, not assimilation.
