Why would this be when Trump boasts all the time about trade deals with other Nations? Unless of course there is no deal that would be good for Canada, being agreed upon? How insane is that?

It sure seems like Canada is purposely sabotaging the Trade deal. I would suggest anyone relying on them to fix our relationship with the U.S. get their resumes ready.
