Very few players are. Like with Jack at Villa, that’s how much he’s worth to the club. Jacks not a 100 mil player either. That’s what players values are seemingly based on nowadays. Not their ability but how much they’re worth to the club.

This question? Again? He's worth what West Ham want. He's our captain. He's an England International. He's 24. He's one of the best DMs in the league, if not the world (look at his England performances). His value doesn't go down because West Ham have been poor.

Definitely. I wasn't really much of a fan of him originally but having seen more of him I think he's world class. The complete midfield player and a proper leader. I don't care what anyone says he'll massively improve any midfield at any other PL club, even City.
