@matthewsyed Diversity is a buzzword that is being used to help get the west invaded by the middle-east. It's also being used to get you cancelled if you disagree with it. Against diversity? You must be racist then.

@matthewsyed Diversity of thought...yes...Diversity as it is used today in our superficial world? No. Skin tone, sexuality, etc... doesn't add anything to any equation.

@matthewsyed I love how he made this brilliant point about the CIA not being diverse enough, to understand and solve the terrorist problems that come from the more diverse communites.

@matthewsyed How did white men build the greatest civilisation the world has ever seen, with no diversity? We seem to have got it right without sipho from Ghana as an advisor, or sinjat from Calcutta. The Brittish ruled the world with as much diversity as a packet of white sugar.

A load of gumf statements Matthew: - diversity IS …. - ALL decisions are made in teams ….. - blah-blah-blah NO, none of these are ‘absolute’ values, it may or may not be a strength, a good decision in a team etc. These are subject to many variables, conditions, skills character and much more, they are not absolute values. Research indicate that teams are likely to have a bias towards a stronger characters or dominants characters decisions - you know; madness of crowds. Rationalise a diverse team making the same decision as Musk, or Trump or Starmer. It could be rationalised that a new team will improve Starmer’s decisions and that no team can match Musk’s or Trump’s decisions. Guess blanket statements are abundant in miss partial information.
