This is misleading and aimed at causing unnecessary panic. SHA continues to publish payments to health facilities, though not legally required, as part of our firm commitment to transparency and the fight against fraud. For clarity, it is the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC), not SHA or MoH, that is legally mandated to keep the official register of health facilities. This register is publicly accessible at: I urge Kenyans to be vigilant, seek accurate information and not fall prey to misinformation. We remain focused on delivering quality, affordable healthcare for all, free from fraud.
