This is sad, isn't it? Every time I talk to a woman about her ex, it's the same story... he's the worst. How can this be true?

I can see that being true. My eldest sisters have gone through this stuff, and they were savage. Some women will destroy a man over hurt feelings.

It's not always true, but generally, I believe it is.

Ex wife called when she ran off to another state for an internet affair saying we can get back together if I move and put her through college for a fourth attempt. I let her know I already filed for divorce. I suddenly had the police investigating me as a child molester, child pornographer, mastermind leader of an international criminal software pirating ring, spousal abuser, cheater and a lot more. Even when she was the one the court's own investigations repeatedly found she was a liar, was trying to coach the kids, refused to follow the court orders, was neglecting and abusing them, the system sided with her. But somehow the fathers who give up and just walk away after years going broke fighting to see their kids are the evil deadbeats. I wish I could still find the study that found that after an average of fighting for 5 years is when most fathers gave up and went deadbeat. This while the vast majority spent the first 5 years trying to get more time with their kids and the court to enforce their parental time rights that were ordered.

Absolutely true. She cheated on me and it didn't work out for her so now the kids are made to suffer. The courts are a complete failure for the kids. So sad.
