Even if killings through bombs dropped from aircraft or by sniper fire may have stopped for now, we still see on our screens every day children, women, and the elderly dying because sufficient humanitarian aid is not being allowed in: from cold, hunger, lack of medicine, and lack of treatment. As long as this continues, it is not possible—not just for us, but for many countries—to normalize relations with Israel.
