@piersmorgan It always amazes me how visitors to a host nation come in with the attitude of "well I have certain freedom in my country that you don't have here. What are you going to do to accommodate me?" How about you respect the host nations' laws, stfu, and enjoy the game?

@piersmorgan To be honest, the Prince is completely right in this point. Hypocrisy aside, he is right and the experience of attending and enjoying a World Cup does not require alcohol consumption.

@piersmorgan Alcohol is not necessary for the success of sporting events, Saudi Arabia continues to organize hundreds of events without alcohol and all of them succeed

@piersmorgan Nobody likes a drunkard hooligan. They spoil it for other fans. You can have fun without alcohol. I don’t think alcohol should be allowed. Qatar proved how successful their event was without alcohol.

For your information, alcohol sales are prohibited by Saudi laws. Dear friend, when we visit a European country for tourism or to attend various events, we enjoy the trip and adapt to the local laws, even if we don’t agree with some practices. We don’t demand the imposition of laws or preferences that don’t align with their culture. This mutual respect should go both ways. Particularly during the World Cup in Saudi Arabia, visitors will experience a unique and attractive journey.

@piersmorgan In Saudi Arabia being gay is punishable by death, think that is a more important issue to raise than having a drink, as much as I love a beer watching the footy
