Not at all. He is doing his best to control a crowd of fans. Some fans can get out of control. He’s trying his best to sign autographs & do this with the most respect as possible. Some say he is, but he’s just trying to do this without it getting it out of control.

He probably gets swarmed daily if not more frequently and most people would be annoyed. His requirements are more than reasonable and I’m surprised he’s this gracious.

In fairness to him, I recall watching the Iron Maiden documentary and how dangerous it can be for celebrities when people to rush you with an autograph request. People get real angry if they don't get their 5 items signed (just one). He's signing, so he isn't that much of a dick.
