Important to note that there is a scale difference between the supplier and the consumer with regards to how many people their behavior affects.

Going off her analogy: If there was no one creating and selling lines of coke to begin with, no one would be turning into drug addicts. You can't get addicted to something if it isn't being made, *all* the blame is on the suppliers, they're profiting off people with addictions.
