I don’t see this as evolution. It’s still midrange and post work, but few have the ability or have the green light to play their game in this fashion. If not dead, it is or was dying.

The issue is that unless youre extremelly efficient with this style of play there is no reason to allow you to play this way. People like Zbo had nice looking games but that style of play wasnt efficient enough especially in the playoffs.
