is it really that crazy to say that i adore revival’s take on your affection…? it’s genuinely beautiful & feels different enough without losing what made it so special

The instrumental is good imo but the vocals are just not doing it for me they lack the personality that shihoko hirata had in her singing and i think without her voice it's less memorable and charming

the first verse sounds fine but the chorus is horrible. can't even hit the high notes at all man

My hottest take is that the full version of this theme is the greatest overworld theme in the series. Holy crap I love how much TEXTURE this song has, especially because the OG loops could get rlly repetitive

I love the guitar and the bass on this version, its so different really feeling like a remake

I don't hate Reload, but Revival feels like they saw everything they did wrong with it and fixed it; the difference in quality is genuinely crazy.

my only issue with it is the intro missing that chime-sounding synth in the beginning. the rest of it sounds awesome though

i love it 🥹🥹🥹

Its an amazing take but larpers who havent even played p4 will say its not and act like purists

this version is so heavenlyyy

No because I love it too

people complain about the vocals but i actually think they elevate the track even more, especially the main chorus.

We've heard even more from the TGS gameplay and although it's not fully clean yet it's absolutely heavenly. I actually prefer it a lot over the original.

@boollye I’m a big fan of the new vibe! The vocals especially being approached more sweetly and even more echoing is interesting to me. Liking the fun bits of added guitar too

Not at all😭 im happy for some positivity around the soundtrack for once

From what I've heard i like it infinitely more than the first one (which i didnt like that much)

Do we have revivals take on heartbreak heartbreak Yet ?

Kozuka never misses

If only the "past will tell you" weren't horrifically flat

i wasn’t a fan when i first heard it but it’s growing on me ngl
