Is it really this bad in Atlanta? 😳

I just had the $16 for a drink in a plastic cup experience a few weeks ago. There's a spot on West Peachtree that my sister and I went to where the "bartender" was wearing sweats and a bonnet. No prices were listed on the drink menu. 2 weak, watered down drinks cost almost $40.

YES!!!!!! Me and boys visited in September. The music was at ear bleed level and the food was unnecessarily overpriced. Whatever this “Lounge” was it was the low point of the trip.

Only thing she didn’t cover was how shitty parking is. She was spot on about dining options.

She speaking nothing but the truth. I want to support black owned restaurants so bad in ATL but they have completely turned me off by their lack of understanding what customer service is and should be. I don’t even bother anymore.

Name the restaurants. Presentation, service, pricing, parking are all important. Productive criticism is necessary for improvement. We should all want all restaurants to deliver an acceptable experience.

Damn she needs to come to Kentucky. Greens, shrimp and grits, BBQ, the whole nine yards in wonderful, black-owned restaurants. My hubby and I eat at such establishments a few times a month and they’re wonderful up here.

It's all over the country & not just at Black restaurants. Restauranteurs still haven't figured out how to be Covid safe & classy.

I loathe the idea that these type of videos only get made for black experiences. She said she had bad experiences at other places, but only felt the need to make a video for the black spaces and not the others. Is it this bad? Really? 🙄🙄🙄

I've always been disappointed when I eat in ATL. I've been there many times, but the food has been mid every time, but I'm from N.O. 🤷♀️

Went to visit my niece in the ATL. She took us to this black seafood restaurant downtown we had to pay for the meal plus gratuity prior getting our food. Waited almost an hour and when we finally got our food it was cold!! The DJ played some good music though.
