Is it time NFL offensive coordinators started designing rugby-style plays? 👀 (via tim.4nier/IG)

Is crazy how sometimes there’s supporting players around them and a simple rugby pass to the left or right would result in an easy touchdown. Guess they need to be coached to expect it and call for it

The first thing those with rugby experience should do is teach NFL players how to tackle.

Been thinking this for years. Can’t understand why the additional pass isn’t used properly. I know Kelce has a crack at it but it’s in the fly so a bit risky.

Would be game changer but it’s so different in rugby where players can’t reach out for the ball to intercept due to knock ons and generally come from only one angle in front. Let’s hope so though!
