This doesn't prove it has poison. It's just the pores in the chips which which are releasing air in water. The other thing looks like vegetable oil. I think you should be ashamed of spreading misinformation.

Absolute Chutiapa lol,those wheels are called fryums they are made of Corn Powder . They are extruded into shapes then fried later added 3% flavoured spices (100% food grade)all the process is completely safe there is nothing like slow poison. Infect its not bad for health either
