Only God knows the final state of any soul, but Scripture is clear that salvation requires genuine repentance and faith in Christ. If God can save the apostle Paul “Chief of sinners” and know murder, then God can save anybody.

I’m not the heart knower, so I can’t say. One thing is for sure though, he’s no worse than the rest of us wretched sinners before being justified.

If he has repented (which he had claimed) and believes the gospel (which he had claimed) then yes he is with Christ his redeemer.

If he was sincere then yes he is.

The love of Jesus Christ is greater than the sins of Jeffery Dahmer.

A very surreal and interesting thing happened when Dahmer was baptized. He was baptized at the same time as the execution of John Wayne Gacy (another infamous American Serial killer) and while these were both taking place, there was a total solar eclipse, like when Christ was crucified. Makes me think of the two crucified on either side of Him. One repenting and the other mocking. John Wayne Gacy's last words were "kiss my ass"

No, because no one is in heaven except God, the angels, and the tiny few who were translated up to heaven early. Everyone else is dead and in the grave until the Day of Judgment and the righteous are called out of their graves and caught up into the air with Jesus.
