Why do I have to take in something that’s… not good for me? I think the reason you guys are stressed is because you’re spending too much time on it. Try doing something else instead. Go swimming! Go work out! Just try it… Turn on my notifications, and only come in when I post. Do you understand? You don’t have to worry about me. I’m not stressed at all. I really don’t care about it. I’ve been seeing a lot of negative comments about my weight recently I and wanted to address them directly. As many of you know, I suffer from severe PMDD. It is a disorder that drastically affects my day to day life and requires multiple specialists as well as an always changing and detailed health regimen to manage. I have good weeks, bad weeks, and horrible weeks, which is just what living with PMDD is like. One treatment option we tried was a new birth control that is FDA approved to help with PMDD symptoms. Unfortunately, it did not work for me and also caused me to gain 25 pounds in under 3 months. We are moving to try new treatments. While gaining the weight wasn’t intentional, I am learning to love my new curves while I focus on my health. Commenting on someone’s weight, especially when you don’t know what they’re going through, is pointless and cruel. All that said, the vast majority of you have always been loving and supportive of me. You are the people who inspire me and that I appreciate fully. Beauty has always come in all shapes and sizes. Thank you. 💕

🐥 Have I ever told you about the time I had sleep paralysis? No? No? It was actually back during Boys Planet. I haven’t had it since then. It was when I was preparing the stage for Switch, which we put together in such a short time. It was one of the hardest times. I wasn’t sleeping in my usual room then. I was sharing a room with a close friend. That night, I fell asleep… and then suddenly, my eyes opened. When I opened them, that friend was sleeping while facing me with his head turned toward me. But I didn’t think much of it, just closed my eyes again. Then I opened my eyes once more and suddenly, that friend was gone! I thought “Ah, maybe he went to the bathroom.” The bathroom was over there, and I was here [middle], and he had been sleeping next to me but wasn’t anymore. So I assumed he went to the bathroom. But then I closed my eyes again and opened them… and someone was standing right in front of my bed. And it was that friend. He was standing there! And then suddenly started sliding sideways, slowly walking toward me. But my body wouldn’t move. I was trying to speak, but all I could do was stare with my eyes open. Just blinking like this. Then suddenly, that friend leaned his head toward my shoulder! Like a drill! At that moment, chills ran all over my body. He kept coming closer, like drilling into me. Then I remembered, if you get sleep paralysis, you can break out of it by starting to move your toes slowly, one by one. So I closed my eyes and started wiggling my toes little by little to wake myself up. Eventually, the paralysis broke. When I finally opened my eyes for real, my friend was right there next to me again, sleeping, facing me exactly as before. Actually… I still haven’t told that friend this story. I was scared it might bring bad luck. That was the first and only time in my life I experienced sleep paralysis. Just imagine it. Your friend is lying next to you sleeping, and suddenly, he is standing by your bed with his eyes rolled back, leaning his head toward you like a drill. That’s scary! Grant (Analysis): I mean, that’s what I was going to say to Will. He doesn’t understand this, and I don’t know... I don’t feel a need to defend myself, but you’re out of your mind if you think I didn’t date people in college. I mean, I lost 130 pounds from September 2007 to May 2008—specifically because I was at Boston College and I wanted to date people. I’ve had plenty of relationships. I’m just very disciplined—not because I necessarily wanted to be, but because I heard the call to be a priest in 2013, in the spring, right before I became disabled. I was praying to the Virgin Mary—the Virgin Mother, who’s the patroness of the Jesuit order—outside of Bapst Library. I think it was Bapst. I was praying outside. They have these little shrines to the Virgin Mother all around Boston College. I hope they’re still there; I really liked them. But anyway, I was praying to the Virgin Mother, and I’ll never forget that when you hear the call, it is not a joke. You may not choose to pursue discernment, but you are not getting away from that. It’s not your choice. If you hear the call, you’ve been called to serve. That’s it. It’s not a pact. You’ve literally been called to serve. Your life’s never going to be the same again. I was praying, and I heard the call. It was very clear. The call is different for everyone, but for me, it was like: “The world is yours to behold if you can abscond from your temporal inclinations.” Okay, I know what that means. It was not a choice. My entire life changed from that moment. From that moment on, I never thought about video games or Fridays or the weekend—or women—ever the same way again. I would like to have a partner, to love someone and take on the world together, but I never thought about the world the same way again. So a lot of people don’t understand me. People chase me all the time. I’m not interested in that. I turn people down all the time. I’m not being rude; I just don’t want that. I live to serve. Okay, imagine what it would come down to if I tried to be in the life of every person who wanted me to be intimate with them. I cannot do that. I’m meant to help people. So let me tell what happened a couple of days ago. There is a shelter for displaced people close to the kitchen where I cook. The kids there know me, some of them follow my social media and have seen my videos ❤️ They asked me to make them burgers and a dessert! There’s no meat 🥩 at all in the market (for weeks now) so we settled for the dessert.. I was feeling 🇪🇸 / 🇵🇹 vibe, and I thought “let me make Churros again! It was a hit last time , why not try it again?! And yup! Churros with chocolate sauce never disappoint 😎

💬 What is your favorite rock song of all time? 🐹 For that too, I’d say my favorite is “Viva La Vida” by Coldplay. 🐹 I’ve actually been a guest at their concert twice. 🐹 I really wanted to watch that song, even though I wasn’t called until much later. So I remember I was jumping up and down backstage while I watched the song alone. 🐹 When I watch that stage, I can feel my heart pounding. It has such a stirring, emotional quality. 🐹 It’s the kind of song that gives me all kinds of new inspirations. So I thought about those feelings a lot when I made my solo album. 🐹 There are other great songs of course, and popular songs too, but that song in particular feels special to me.

💬: is your eye color genetic? 👑: well my mother's eyes are very light, too. i guess, i take after my mom’s eyes. actually, my mom told me about these light eyes—i don’t know if it’s true or not, but she said having light eyes isn't always a good thing. it’s something i heard when i was a kid. i don't mean to boast, but people told me my eyes were pretty when i was a kid. my mom's eyes are also light, so she’d tell me, “your eyes are just like mine”. she also said having light eyes isn't always a good thing. when i asked why, she told me it’s because when it’s sunny— it's harder for light eyes to deal with the glare. so she said that when the sun is beaming down, it’s probably hard to keep your eyes open 💬: your noona? 👑: my noona doesn’t have light eyes 👑: no wonder i’m always squinting in the summer when the sun is super bright. meanwhile my friends could keep their eyes wide open like this. so i was like, “is it just me who's blinded by the sun?”. i guess it might just be me. 💬: omg i pretty much walk around with my eyes squinting too 👑: right. for people who struggle to open their eyes in the sun, it must be really tough 👑: for example if we’re shooting an album cover or some important photos outdoors in the sun—for someone like me who can barely open their eyes in the light, the photographers will be like—i just stand there with my eyes closed, and the photographer will be like, “okay, one, two, three”, and i open my eyes, hold it for like two seconds, and then close them again. and then, when they go “one, two, three” again, i open my eyes, try so hard to hold it like *eunngggh* and then close them right back up. that’s how i do my photoshoots 💬: is studio lights/lighting okay? 👑: i’ve gotten used to studio lights/lighting now. i’m totally fine with studio lights/lighting. but i just can't get used to the sun! seriously sunlight is really hard

I’ve never posted this video. This was me 2 years ago. I was full of fluid. They pump 20-30 pounds of fluid in. It hurt when I was finally awake. This was when my sister was allowed to see me. She took a video to show the girls so they wouldn’t be scared if they wanted to come see me. Lexi wasn’t sure, Cortana (The AI) couldn’t wait to go sit next to me. If it wasn’t for Damin Toell , Siraj Hashmi , @assliken , (The Habibi Bros) and so many of you…I would not have made it to year 2. This has been the hardest and most horrific thing I have ever gone through. My heart is doing really really well, the rest of my body and organs are still having a hard time. Thank you all for loving me and never giving up on me. Thanks for all the financial support and the prayers. The girls and I are doing a little better each day because of all of you! We love you all! #HeartTransplant #CHD

in korea, when people meet me, a lot of them only see the “gay” part of me first. but my friends and the people i met here were curious about me as a person. they wanted to know me, not just a label. i’m just me. being gay is only one part of who i am. but many people still approach me with preconceptions, or say they’re open minded like it’s some kind of joke. maybe that’s why i felt lonely without even realizing it. but here, i’ve received so much comfort. i’ve been genuinely happy. thank you to everyone who sees me for who i am and accepts me as i am. it really means more than you know.
