If you need to live in or near the city, then renting all the way. If you live further out, then buying is the way.

Are you using relative strength to find the best stocks? Use relative weakness to short the worst. #ETF #Hedged $DWSH @DorseyWrightDWA

If you are diligent and actually look at the numbers renting quite often comes out ahead

I don’t like the idea that once you pay off your home, you still forever owe property taxes that are not locked into a fixed rate. What are you ever really owning?!?! No one can do anything to the land underneath the house you paid off but you still owe on it. What’s the benefit?

So beautiful

Everybody’s situation is different. If you’re single and you want to be flexible to change locations, I think renting makes more sense. If you plan on staying in one place for a long period of time, it may be better to buy a house, depending on the interest rate you can get.

I’m gonna rent for life. A house is a liability. If I need to go into an old folks home, there goes my house, they will snatch it up my kids won’t get shit, I have four, they’d have to sell and split or buyout, OR I could just leave them money. Zero maintenance. I’m good

If she had stayed in the house it's be worth 2m+ now for sure

Take DP & closing cost of a home you were going to buy, along with cost of expected maintenance (lawn, fixes etc) & invest ALL of that into the $voo then go rent a nice place. If you want to buy a home later go for it but buy using money you didn't work for. This is the way.
