Is #SCOTUS getting more partisan? Neil Gorsuch tells reason that he'd stack today's court, with abt 40 percent unanimous decisions, against FDR's 1945 model.

Howard Lutnick has some explaining to do… 🚨 It appears Howard Lutnick’s Family greatly benefited from the SCOTUS Ruling against President Trump Today The Supreme Court just ruled against President Trump’s tariff powers, which we know could trigger refunds of up to $175 billion (or more). Well… Howard Lutnick was the Chairman and CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald, a global financial services firm. Howard Lutnick stepped down from Cantor Fitzgerald when he became President Trump’s Commerce Secretary — then transferred control and ownership of Cantor Fitzgerald (and related entities like BGC Group and Newmark Group) to trusts benefiting his adult children, with his two eldest sons—Brandon Lutnick (Chairman & CEO) and Kyle Lutnick (Executive Vice Chairman)—taking primary leadership and control. In mid-2025, Cantor Fitzgerald marketed and reportedly executed deals to purchase importers' rights to potential FUTURE TARIFF REFUNDS at steep discounts of 20-30 cents on the dollar— essentially betting on a court ruling that the tariffs would be deemed illegal and refunds issued. With the SCOTUS decision now ruling against President Trump — any such acquired refund claims held by Cantor Fitzgerald stand to pay out at full value (100 cents on the dollar, minus what they paid upfront), delivering MILLIONS of dollars in profits to the family-controlled firm. To be clear… the SCOTUS’ ruling just means they are leaving mechanics of what gets paid back to the lower courts/Treasury, but the Lutnick Family betted against President Trump… and won. This is extremely concerning to me because Lutnick has publicly expressed strong confidence in a SCOTUS win for the tariffs for months saying he believes SCOTUS will rule in Trump’s favor… meanwhile, his children did the exact opposite and betted against it. This screams ethics violations…

One of the greatest possible boomerangs we have seen yet.... Folks freaked out when SCOTUS "Rejected" Trump's bid to send the National Guard to Chicago, but as usual, the devil is in the details... They just opened the door to the Insurrection Act.... Supreme Court Justices Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch both referenced the Insurrection Act in their dissents of a decision blocking President Donald Trump’s administration from deploying National Guard troops in Illinois to support its immigration agenda. The key order in question is 10 U.S.C. §12406(3), a statute that states the president may call into federal service members and units of the National Guard in cases when the U.S. is being invaded, there is a rebellion against the authority of the U.S. government or the president is unable to execute the law "with the regular forces." Key word: "REGULAR FORCES" "At this preliminary stage, the Government has failed to identify a source of authority that would allow the military to execute the laws in Illinois," the court's majority opinion said. The U.S. Supreme Court's Tuesday decision against Donald Trump's deployment of the National Guard in Illinois had the "unintended consequence" of potentially pushing the president to deploy active-duty military units instead, legal scholar John Yoo, who previously clerked for conservative Justice Clarence Thomas, said Wednesday. Active Duty Military = MARINES What was that 17th letter thing that reminded us "the only way is the Military"? It looks like we may soon find out.

A Federal court blocked Trump’s tariffs. Judicial coup is trending again and of course the GOP does absolutely nothing America has been SO RIGGED by Democrats “There are nearly 700 federal district court judges across the country. Barack Obama and Joe Biden held the White House for 12 of the last 16 years. They appointed 72% of the federal district court judges. Those are left wing federal district court judges. — Those left wing robed radicals are routinely using nationwide restraining orders against the Executive Office of the United States. - The President, for example, Barack Obama only faced 12 nationwide injunctions during his eight years in office - Joe Biden had 14 injunctions in 4 years - But Donald Trump in his first 60 days, actually, the first Trump term saw 64 judicial injunctions against his agenda And the left's lawfare against Trump's second term is off to a blistering start with more than 120 lawsuits that have been filed against the administration and 15 nationwide injunctions against his orders just in the last 30 days. So the obvious tactic of the left is to cripple the Trump administration. They can't do it with legislation, can't do it in other ways. So they're going to try to prevent you from getting what you voted for by using activist judges. The Supreme Court alone can rein this in. The Supreme Court alone. I worried about Justice Roberts. I'm worried about Amy. I'm worried if we have Supreme Court judges that aren't under pressure in Washington to move to the left, let's be aware that the only tactic they've got now is judicial activism.“

🚨 BOOM! SUPREME COURT DROPS A MASSIVE 6-3 BOMB ON RACIAL GERRYMANDERING IN LOUISIANA! The U.S. Supreme Court just ruled — non-minority voters WIN. Louisiana drew up a second majority-minority congressional district to boost Black voters. Non-Black plaintiffs sued, saying it was straight-up racial gerrymandering that violated the 14th and 15th Amendments. The Court agreed. In a 6-3 decision, the majority said: “Because the Voting Rights Act did NOT require Louisiana to create an additional majority/minority district, no compelling interest justified the state’s use of race in drawing these two new districts. That map is an unconstitutional gerrymander.” Exactly as expected: Conservatives (6) vs. the liberal bloc (Kagan, Sotomayor, and Jackson dissenting). Thomas and Gorsuch even dropped a concurrence. This isn’t just about Louisiana. Shannon Bream noted this could open the door to challenges against 20+ other districts across the country — mostly in the South — that were drawn primarily on the basis of race. Huge potential implications for the midterms. The left’s fear of the Voting Rights Act getting gutted? Not fully there yet… but this is a major shot across the bow against race-based map drawing. No more treating the Constitution like a suggestion just to engineer racial outcomes. The Supreme Court just reminded everyone: race cannot be the dominant factor in drawing districts. Big win for colorblind justice.
