I did masonry for three years…looks fine to me. Slow, but fine.

No head joints, wire or rebar reinforcement. And her shirt is still on so no, she's not doing it right.

Looks right. It's way better than a lot of the terracotta bricks I saw in Europe. They slap that stuff in and stucco over it. It looks good when it's done, though.
