This is not going to work out the way she thinks it is. 70 million people receive Social Security checks. Millions more receive government checks from other programs. And the majority of the people who receive government checks are white.

Not everyone votes their best interests. If they did republicans wouldn’t be a thing anymore.

They literally do inside trading with stock, like it’s not illegal. I work beside plenty of people with this mindset. It’s annoying, cause it’s surface level thinking. Can’t imagine what else they barely scratched the surface on.

ISTG 🤦🏼‍♀️ so she is saying that seniors who worked their ENTIRE life bec they now get social security, shouldn’t be able to 🗳️? And poor ppl who are STILL citizens & entitled to representation via voting shouldn’t be allowed to 🗳️ bec they receive some type of assistance?

I wonder if she read this analysis in regards to food stamps, she would have a different stance? Hmm? 🤔 "Nationally, most of the people who receive benefits from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program are white. According to 2013 data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, which administers the program, 40.2 percent of SNAP recipients are white, 25.7 percent are black, 10.3 percent are Hispanic, 2.1 percent are Asian and 1.2 percent are Native American."

There are Republicans who think government employees shouldn’t be able to vote because their employer is the government. It’s based on belief that government employees are mostly Democrats.

Black people work disproportionately in government jobs, so this is just more antiblack voter suppression crap

Its like she doesnt ACTUALLY understand the problems of "conflict of interest". Its just a term she can apply to anything to make them seem negative.
