Personally think we don’t shame women enough for lacking femininity. The major difference between the 59 and 23 years is the level of shame they have been exposed to. A society that doesn't shame it's women, will have bad women.

The younger she is, the less exposed she is to dating culture. Unless on rare occasions, a 23 year old lady can't possibly be more exposed than a 53 year old lady.

To some extent I can agree to this,I work in healthcare and most of the people coming to the hospital for STI or pregnancy related conditions are mostly young people born in the 2000's. An 18 year already know all the different contraceptives and have tried some.
