No. Given the udders size and possible stiffness in leg would check her for mastitis infection - might need to check lambs have enough milk too

That's enormous. I would have her in and see if there is any infection.

That may need antibiotics.

Are they lambing? If so yes and she won’t be long before she throws it. If not she’s got a serious infection or mastitis.

Suggest contact a vet directly. It’s what they are there for mate! Vets are getting a lot of ‘crap’ through social media these days imo.
