I go to Italy a lot and have never managed to replicate fully their dishes. I would imagine you are going to the wrong restaurants. It’s rare that someone is not impressed by Rome. Arrogant to say the least.

I totally agree, Italian food is overrated generally.

I agree with her 100%. If I want a good spaghetti bolognese or carbonara I’ll make it at home and it pisses all over my local Italian. What I can’t do though is make proper Italian pizzas as well as a restaurant does. That’s true art.

Absolute fucking bollocks! Unless someone in the vid is Italian or is married to one then no chance it is better than one served in Italy. My mum is Italian and her pasta is 🔥but sometimes a restaurant is better. If pasta in 🇮🇹 isn't good then you're at the wrong restaurant.
