@TheFlipAfrica Yes for sure. With the benefit of context, I often find myself explaining that the thing people thing is unique to a given country is not

Writing about and sharing my failures in Failing To Win really helped me process what I learned from them and design my next company. Just don't underestimate the mental load & shame that comes with failing. It takes time & support to get through before reflection can begin.

And what was the feedback you received from those who read your book?

@TheFlipAfrica Insightful episode. From an innovation perspective, companies of all sizes in the same market can see the same problems. But how should a Pre-seed company approach solving it compared to a Series A company? What tradeoffs are involved? Hopefully @adiaspeaks unpacks this later.🙏🏾
