Absolutely. Nothing is free. A cost has to be paid. It need be money. The cost can assume any form or shape such as sleepless nights,skipping dinners or lunch, skipping events, skipping important meetings etc. The gist of the matter- one has to pay some cost in whatever form.

So true. No pain no gain. Most problems arise because we don't want to pay the price to acquire what we want, or want someone else to pay the price for what we want.
