She’s very justified! What if he spat in the drink?!?! It’s also akin to spitting on someone, which is one of the highest means of offense. It’s like he’s saying “you’re less than nothing.” He FAAFO… At least she attempted to de-escalate the situation, while he threw a tantrum and coffee…

🤣.No it was not justified in regards to the law. Not self defense and not de-escalation. She should have file assault charges by calling the police. There are video cameras to support her charges. Now she will most likely have to pay to fix the car. Sometimes what feels right and well deserved will not hold up in court. lol
