@TheRedmenTV At least you get through to Janice. When I call my GP, there is a recorded message saying they have patients who are seriously ill and if I occupy the phone line, those people will die because of me.

I don't know if it's a coincidence but some of the worse service I received was from a GP receptionist. I already made my appointment and had to book a follow-up, and she made it feel like I was asking for her life savings.
