I knew they stole the concept but damn they even stole episode ideas. Friends gets all the glory and we ain’t even get a proper ending to Living Single. We can’t have nothing.

They gave themselves curly perm as a fashion style in the 70s while saying our afros were unprofessional.

They stole a whole people. Tv show was easy peasy.

What's really pathetic is that Living Single and Friends were both under Warner Bros, but they pushed Friends more. Yvette Lee Bowser is a sweetheart. But I doubt that today, anyone would be quiet about having their show ripped off.

Shit. Britney Spears has based her whole career on copying Janet Jackson. I know that Britney had said that Janet Jackson is her biggest inspiration. But damn, it was so blatant for awhile.

Warner Bros really pushed Friends. They had merchandise for the show, etc. They always denied that Friends was like Living Single. You can read it in this old article how the Warner Bros, VP of creative affairs, tried to push that they were different shows
