I’m sure Colleen Slemmer felt horrific pain also. Imagine the stabbing and cutting and slicing and having your head bashed over and over. She felt it all till she finally died. Yeah, I don’t feel for Pike. I’m glad she felt pain but it wasn’t nearly as much as it should have been

The witness said a needle "appeared" to be bent after one of the IV placement attempts. It's not clear who embellished that with "90 degrees". More seriously: The moment she said her arm felt like it would explode, it was obvious the IV had missed the vein. It should have been re-done. Why wasn't it?
