I was asked, how do I manage stress from economic shocks, geopolitical shocks, and all the things that are going on? While my typical approaches like "pain plus reflection equals progress" and meditation are highly effective, I’ll pass along another principle that I think is the best advice: The Serenity Prayer. I view this almost like a game. These macro things are happening, but there are also a lot of joyous things and choices that exist with us. It’s really up to me to navigate them. What can I control that's really important to me? What can't I control? I can't live forever, so I’m not going to get stressed out about that. But on the other hand, I can control certain things. Having that equanimity allows me to approach life in a way where I don't get hijacked. It is logical, real, and practical. Look around you. You’ve got wonderful things and things you aspire to. Don't get so attached. If you navigate your life well, you're going to be fine.

In the End. A Song Dedicated to my brother Earl M. Hunter. My oldest brother has passed on. A very unexpected way to start off my 2025. My brother was so proud of me and everything I accomplished over the years and he never hid it. Even when I felt like y’all weren’t listening to my music or paying attention to things I would be doing I knew ONE person that was watching everything that I was doing and was happy about it everything. From day one my brother always had my back , besides I was the youngest so they always felt like they had to protect me. As we got older much really didn’t change , he always remained the big brother to me until his last day here. I’m really going to miss my brother. It’s weird that someone you have known your whole entire existence is completely gone now. As I get older I do realize that I’m going to see a lot things in life , something’s good ,and something things “bad”but that’s LIFE. I have learned to accept that. My brother always stressed the fact that it’s FAMILY OVER EVERYTHING and during this whole process my family really came together and did what a family is supposed to do and I know that he would love that. 🐻 "as i live, i've come to realize that the way to reach happiness in life is to gradually eliminate things that are uncomfortable. if i gradually eliminate things that can be uncomfortable to my mind, i think that brings me a bit closer to happiness. for example, there are definitely things we inevitably have to face in our society. then, i can decide to make those things not uncomfortable as much as possible, or i can just not look at those parts. if you live by finding your own way little by little like this, wouldn't there be only happier things? that's what i think."

“These days my mother often said ; ‘I’m happy, hearing your voice all day when you’re home, it feels so nice’ I like hearing things like that, because there are also some moment that makes my heart sad, Not long ago I was treating my mother to eat steak, it’s possible for her to not know how to eat it properly, so we both ate together while i’m explaining to her, after eating it that way, she said it was really delicious, I was so happy hearing that, but at the same time also getting all warm and fuzzy inside, because i realized that my mother lived without ever encountering things like this, My dad was like this too, he really loves fried chicken, he eat that often so i always bought it for him. Turns out that both my parents had been holding what they wanted inside their heart. But Now, they can confidently say what they want to eat. When I buy things like that for them, that is when I feel the happiest. Eating delicious food together with my family is my greatest happiness. MY ONE AND ONLY JOY!!” #HEONAMJUN #허남준

💬 minghao i want to watch you ski 🎱 how do i put it.. these past few years i feel like i cherish my life more. like previously, those bungee jumping, parachuting/skydiving, i wanted to try them. but really as i grow older, for adventurous things, things that are life-threatening, gradually i will try not to do them. my work intensity is already so demanding. although i'm playful and like these kinds of challenging things, things that push the limits.. i feel like no matter what i do, what if i injure myself? and like with concerts, comebacks, and some schedules, i've already made my body so weak, and if i continue to do these extreme things, i'm afraid just suddenly.. right? maybe i might be okay but accidents, you'll never know where they'll come from. [giggles] so really, i feel that if you're still young and have dreams and have the things you want to do, at this moment, you have to do it. because when i was young, although i don't feel like i'm getting old nor feel like my age is too advanced, my mentality is still really youthful. the truth is i'm still not old. but for me previously, a few years ago, whenever i wanted to do something, i'd definitely do it, so as of now i don't have anything that i particularly regret. never feel like 'in the future/later when i'm so on and so forth then i'll do it', at this moment you want to do it, just go and do it. you want to meet anyone, you have to go and meet them. want to do anything, you have to go and do it.
