Man there is a lot of work put into the editing of the videos! Lots of transitions finding the images etc. nice job!

Hahaha you’re not wrong 😅 thank you for your support!

You miss one advantage of the elections… the leader changes often, so you will not be stuck with an incompetent for too long. Of course, nothing assures you the next one will be competent, but the opportunity to change it is anyway a plus.

It’s simultaneously an advantage (for the reasons you stated) and a disadvantage, as it incentivizes politicians to live from election to election and prioritize short-term policies or long-term ones, which, in the long run, drives a country into ruin. Meaning for fear of incompetent rulers, we perpetuate incompetent rule

True or not true, it depends if you were lucky to get every now and then a competent leader. It happened. Anyway, I share your views, in the end.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. Parliaments job is writing laws, law gives power to government , power strives for money to survive and money strives for power to survive , so in continuous circle year after year government accumulates power but not responsibility(impunity). therefore the system is corrupt from the beginning that inevitably leads to corruption. Bring wild west back !😁

Alexa Change the voice to male, I can't concentrate with all that blathering about. Alexa. Alexa what the fuck is wron

The real solution is to get rid of psychopaths and sociopaths from any position of power, and I mean ALL positions of power, including at the local level. I explored this concept in depth in a series of books. The breakthrough in the novels, is to have an incorruptible sentient AI detect these traits in humans, not to rule over them.

Government should preserve the Peoples' God given rights. The fundamental fallacy is to believe we need to improve the hit and miss method of choosing leaders, when in fact we need to limit the authority we grant them.

The democracy we have today is a fake democracy anyway. We vote—yes—but after that, these puppets of the oligarchs do whatever they want.

Referendums.

As far something better than elections.....work on obviously coffee!!!

This isn't the right question. The right question is how do leaders control and manipulate the status quo, of real honest to goodness people, to do corrupt acts.

Speaking from France, a representative democracy, I can say that the constitution is written by those it is supposed to serve—and that is not the people. We can elect representatives who, in turn, can pass laws, but this form of power attracts the worst kind of people.

Democracy is gud for bi-uti contest ( you win ). Competence and Good Systems Design like sey miss *Elinor Ostrom History shows sound money introdukshon ends oclocracy bicoz strong hands unaited agenst the exploiters can buidl...

Its not incompetence! Its a conspiracy by the elited to destroy the western way of life

what happens when almost all candidates are pederast traitors blackmailed by a foreign evil criminal theocracy though? #sanhedrin64a #kethuboth11b #judaism #pederasty #cannibalism #babyBlood #vampirism #talmud

We actually already do have a proven working model: Capitalism. It runs on value incentives and real-time competence test through profit and loss. Where firms that deliver value grow; those that don’t shrink or die. But Government sits outside that loop. It holds a monopoly on force and funding, so it never faces the same consequences. Elections are supposed to act as the substitute feedback mechanism, but they reward coalition-building, narrative control, and short-term promises far more reliably than long-term results. That’s why regulatory capture and expanding bureaucracies persist even when outcomes are poor. Unfortunately, political power rarely consents to the same performance standard it applies to everyone else.

The adoptive-meritocratic system that resulted in 'the five good emperors' would probably be the most apt from an EU-wide perspective.

The best leaders are empaths hiding from everyone in their rooms. They are those who don't want leadership. To them the world is crazy and cannot be fixed. They hide and stay out of it. If they were forced into positions of power, they would awkwardly in a heartwarming way fix it

And in China, how is the gender diversity and why meaning is it driven by empathy or driven by skill without that much regard for feelings?

Maybe someone who is detached from money and such things maybe a prolonged retreat into the mountains being alone combined with meditation a leader needs the right Perspective

The problem lies with the political parties. Yes-men, psychopaths, and corrupt individuals advance more quickly within party ranks, meaning the very best person never ends up leading the party.

@LinaSeiche you're confusing (by comparison) who should be the head of state with voting. There are countries where the head of state is irrelevant, be it king or president. The right formula is for the less capable to vote presidents or monarchs with zero powers.

????

You left one out, and surprisingly, it's the original system in Germany.

That’s the only time your voice suppose to have tge power …

voters don't change the world it is called a leader lieder. can you write one. i don't need your advice.

There is an old saying: Those that want to be a Leader, should not be a Leader. Which means Leaders do not apply to be Leaders. They are found. Then they are asked.

Proof of Net Contributions in order to Quailify for my party, miss!

Electoral Dopamine.

A benevolent dictatorship is often better than most democracies. E.g. Libya under Gaddafi. Democracy too is more efficient under single-party as in Singapore, as Lee Kwan Yew would have never managed to do what he did, had it been a multi-party system like in India / Israel.

Elections mainly legitimize power; they don't measure competence. Random selection beats them on fairness. What outcome matters most to you?

The problem with EU politicians is that they view their political work as an opportunity to grant favors to big business and oligarchs, in the hope of securing a lucrative job with those same companies later on in return.
