❓🤨🤔 No way the house she showed off was 13.6 square meters. Get a tape measure📏

We've tried tiny houses for the homeless. They become junk yard drug dens. The solution is to reopen the asylums.

Toilets don't really work unless the shit goes somewhere

No need to reinvent the wheel. This is the solution to urban housing crisis. Works like a charm on housing prices.

This is fake bullshit. The exterior and interior size don’t match at all!

This was done back in the sixties.

The one she went in was not the one they showed which was 3 times larger

This stairs - particularly recommended for people with disabilities 🫣

@elonmusk i feel like this is what the first cribs on mars would be like

@elonmusk You're not far from the truth

Id love one right now thats for sure.

They look like the pods from that one apex map...

yeah sure let's all live in glorified dog houses and not own any land

These are two different rooms. One enters from the bottom while one enters from the side. The side one who's interior is shown is much larger.

Why is it raised? Just make it ground level.

Ten of these will take same space as apartment with 100 flats.

18k starting So to be actually liveable it's over 30k Also don't forget 10-20k on a foundation & city hook ups Also delivery & installation fee So realistically it's more like 60k Also you gotta buy land & pay for permits..

There is no such thing as urban house crises. What it's at stake is an elite class that uses housing as a form of renting. House become a merchandise oder than a right of habitation. There are more empty houses than homeless people. The problem is capitalism, not demography.

how is this more viable? the issue people are having is that they have to keep paying for stuff they own or don't

There's a much better solution

Oh great idea...... Till you get Paul the crackhead cutting the legs off the structure for scrap

I don’t know but I love it

It is a microwave with extra steps

I could definitely see something like this as a weekend home or a B&B to rent out, but living there permanently? Well, I'm not so sure about that.

Gostaria de ler a opinião do amigo @venardis.

Low IQ engagement bait. No! you can't stack these and even if you could the technology to build housing is already perfected the problem with housing market are people who treat is as investment ,and a surge of migrants.

you get a bed with your toilet.

Or displaced individuals in war torn regions. The invading forces should be responsible for providing them after destroying peoples homes

Do you build a portal | Hallway attachement to link multies together? Do the plans allow for addiding bubbles? Could you have the design so you could stack them _O_ O_O Like in TRI fromat? Do you have the open plans, or shall we Fableize it?

No. Building materials are sold it sheets, the triangle cuts results in a lot of wastage. So despite being efficient in surface area to living space, it is inefficient in material use. Buildings flex and settle, having so many joints will lead to many leaks over time.

It's a great house if you don't mind not having sewer and water services (especially in cold weather regions). And when the ladder mechanism doesn't work, you can always buy a parachute! 😅

I could live in one of those.

这是典型的脱了裤子放屁。

You can take a shower and wash your toilet at the same time.

Looks cool but how well does it stand up to degenerates?

does it come with little pink aliens?
