That one is small compared to the one Tiger got help moving… yes I am that old..

Last time I saw that was when Tiger Woods arranged several people to move a big boulder rock like this in Phoenix? And yep he was able to play on after just fine. So yep, a loose impediment is a rock however big or small and you may move it as long as you’re capable to do so.

Although there is no automatic penalty for failing to meet these expectations, the Committee may disqualify a player for serious misconduct that is contrary to the spirit of the game. "Serious misconduct" refers to behavior so far removed from golf's expected norms that disqualification is justified. The Committee decides based on the circumstances. - Rule 1.2b — Code of Conduct Committees are allowed to adopt a specific Code of Conduct for their event. This can define additional standards of conduct and set penalties less than disqualification — such as: - One-stroke penalty, - Two-stroke penalty, - Loss of hole (in match play).

Not allowed outside assistance. PGA introduced this Tiger rule.

Rules do not explicitly outlaw assistance in removing loose impediments. And removing loose impediments on the putting surface for another person is commonplace. But just because you can does not mean you should. And employing a gang to remove such a large loose impediment is (at least) unsportsmanlike.

They once did it for Tiger in PGA Tour. Rocks/stones are usually loose impedements, no matter what the size, so if it can be moved, why not?

Well…a group of about 10 moved one for Tiger….it was terrible then and it is terrible here. If you can’t move it by yourself, then it shouldn’t be allowed.

Last I checked the rule book its a loose impediment, that can be easierly moved
