Is this any way to question someone who doesn't understand the language?

@CopGoneWrong Dude knows exactly what the cop is saying. He has illegal weapons on him and he’s fighting with the cop.

@CopGoneWrong He looks like he understood more than he was letting on especially cause the video started with him answering a question fine. Then when the questions got serious all of sudden he don’t speak English 😂

@CopGoneWrong How is the police office supposed to know if he's honest or not. He's on edge cause at any moment that dude could pull a weapon. The suspect was resisting.
