Christian disarmed the gunman and pinned him down in a chokehold. His wife, Mariana Gonzalez, told the responding officer that Christian was her husband and that he was holding down the intruder. A Phoenix Police officer with five years on the force fired anyway, killing Christian with a single shot. First Look: Rochester PD Release Fatal officer Involved Shootout, 3 Officers Injured Rochester Police responded to an attempted break-in by Eric Davis, 38, at his ex-girlfriend’s home. When touched, Davis drew a .40-caliber handgun, fired, and wounded two officers. The boyfriend fired six rounds at an officer but missed, then was shot twice by police. No charges were filed due to the chaos, and he was released from the hospital. Davis fled, shot a third officer, and was eventually fatally shot by return fire from that officer and a fourth behind cover. Two officers were released from the hospital; one remains in treatment for severe injuries.

He was in a chemically altered state, acting crazy, with a gun in his hand. He aimed at himself and then fired at police and was dispatched by the officer. "Where were the rubber bullets? Where was the negotiator?" Absurd. Then, the reason they're saying the shoot wasn't justified was that only one officer shot him, and they didn't all wildly spray at the house and kill innocent people. You can clearly hear the first pistol shot from him before the office fires.

When officers arrived, a man inside the home had disarmed the reported shooter and was restraining him. Family members say the man who died had originally called police for help. Officers fired one shot near the doorway, entered the home, and located two men with gunshot wounds, and one injured. Homeowner Christian Diaz Rendon was fatally struck by the officers round. Suspect Edgar Garcia was detained and hospitalized for injuries not related to gunfire. A family member shot by Garcia in the leg was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The family of Dexter Reed, their lawyers and Democrats want you to feel empathy for his death. We’re not allowed to tell his family that Dexter was in the wrong because he shot at police first. Chicago police aren’t allowed to publicly defend themselves either. We’re all suppose to go along with narrative and keep pushing out these old photos of Dexter not looking like a thug. The reality is: He had a pending gun case that he was released on. He shot first. He shot at police 11 times. He shot an officer in the arm. Stop trying to ramp up racial tensions in this country. Be better.

Sad story out of Houston, Texas. 11-year-old Julian Guzman was shot & killed while playing “ding dong ditch” in Houston. He actually recorded the moment on his phone, according to officials. Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare said investigators pieced together enough evidence to arrest 42-year-old Gonzalo Leon. Police say you can hear shots fired on the phone, and sadly, you can then hear Julian gasping for air after he was hit. Officials said Julian was shot in the back as he was running away. “There is no way that that little boy was posing a threat to the defendant or anyone else in his house, and he was running away, and he was on a public street,” Teare said. “This is a manslaughter, this isn’t a ‘stand your ground’ … this is a murder.” If convicted of his current charge, Leon could face between five and 99 years in prison. Officials said he may face upgraded charges that could bring a sentence of life in prison.
