If it's not legal it should be made legal. Fines need to be paid in order for services to be rendered

It’s very legal what’s not legal is being forced and threatened with arrests if you don’t pay on the spot if there isn’t any warrant of arrest on your name yet

This must be amended. I can bring to work my own speed point...... It's opening gates to fraud. I personally wouldn't feel comfortable paying a fine that way🤧

yes i was once stopped at road block in ulundi, they stop and check the outstanding fines you have, no pay later..the they load you into da bus if cannot pay da fine..

They pulled me over and wanted me to pay this way. I was driving my husband's bakkie...not even my own fine..🤣 but anyways I had my children in the car and they pulled me over on the other side.. no ways was I walking over with my kids to pay... they let me go

If you don’t have money,they will ultimately let you go,the purpose of that roadblock is let you know if you have tickets etc not to arrest you or force to pay
