The real proper way.

The Mickey technique

This is how its done!

you'll get the same result in a fraction of the time with this.

No you smash it with the side of your knife then dice

I have a solution :

Fingers gon’ be smelling like Garlic for a bit 🤏

If the goal is paper-thin garlic, yes. If the goal is speed in a real kitchen during service? Absolutely not. 😂

Me everytime 👊🏻

No, use a razor blade.

It depends on the dish.. this is great technique for when you want to chop it fine. You absolutely will burn fine garlic if you put it in a pan without sauce... fine chopped garlic is for adding to sauce so it melts into it. If you put garlic in a hot pan with oil... you want to use larger cuts or whole garlic so it doesn't cook too fast. A lot of times, if you want garlic to be sweeter and smoother... you want to bake it with olive oil.. usually in foil.

1 minute for 1 garlic, whos starving?

Correct way is to make someone else do it and have it delivered by DoorDash

No, you're supposed to cut it with a razor, so thin it liquifies with a little oil

That is one way to chop garlic.

No, much too slow. This is the way.

Way too thick. Needs to be thinner cuts.

the slices are a little too thick but yea that’s good

It is if you're in the Mickey Mouse version of Jack and the Beanstalk

The correct way is determinate of what it is being used for.

So that it liquefies in the pan. It's a very good system.

No. There's only one way.

This is a slice, not a chop 🤣

slice

Just buy a garlic press.

It depends on how you need it for the dish….

I always split it first so it doesn't roll, but yes.

That was oddly satisfying

yo sin ser chef siempre le corto la puntita ( t clavo) we!!!😌

Just smash it with the knife blade, give it a rough chop, and chuck it in the pan.

Yes chop at nothing 30 times until you get to the garlic
