Great point. Data centers are already straining grids. SMRs + nuclear could be the only scalable solution for AI compute in the next 5-10 years. Watching uranium stocks and nuclear tech closely for 2026.

One big problem of a Data Center is maintenance. I have a few general, high level guides that can help someone to develop software tools to make maintenance less problematic. I think most people use notes instead.
