Is Vicario underrated? 🤔

His on the ball ability just pisses me off

sort of… everyone knows he a phenomenal shot stopper. However his distribution is not good, and because of his distribution being poor it means people forget how important he is for us when it comes to his shot stopping.

At shot stopping yes. He’s got a lot of work to do on other parts of his game. Still trust him with our #1 shirt

This guy saved us many times, and our fan base says that he's a 5/10 keeper

People say vic is bad with his feet. But i havent seen him making an error that lead to goal yet in the two yrs he has been at spurs. Whereas the so called best keepers with feet have let in plenty because of such errors

Vicario is an above average shot stopper. Will have more CS under Frank. Was awful at set pieces for awhile but has more protection from defense now. Below average with feet. Not accurate or calm. E.g. Had a shocker pass to VDV against City that wasn't punished.

Refs allowed him to get fouled on every corner whilst also defending Ange's sucidal high line. He's alright imo.

He is an excellent shot stopper, bit shaky with his feet but the modern fan overrates tf outta ball playing keepers imo

Has flaws to his game, like coming out for crosses/corners, personally don’t get why fans think his passing poor, it’s not fantastic but how many times has he given the ball away and cost us points? Can’t remember many times. His elite shot stopping has saved us many times though

No, he’s a professional goalie paid to make saves which he does week in, week out. Where he lets himself down is being a modern keeper with the ball at his feet and also dealing with crosses. He’s not under rated he’s just not a world class goalie

100% Shot stoping world class On ball is good, not terrible. Not many keepers exist that can do both

Underrated by our fan base. Spurs have very good players at progressing the ball from deep (Porro, Romero) - so Vic can concentrate on keeping the ball out of his net (which should be #1 job). His distribution is way better than Lloris BTW. Ball playing goalkeepers out of vogue.

Almost every GK who is good at shot stopping but not at ball playing is under rated these days. Barca purists control too much of football opinion these days.

He’s a fantastic shot stopper but his shortcomings are; Ball at his feet Claiming the ball and being imposing from corners Penalty saves

He’s fairly rated. A really good shot stopper but a tard when the ball is at his feet. Wouldn’t say overrated or underrated

He’s a better version of Gomes, amazing shot stopper but his catching and foot work are very questionable

I’d go as far to say top 3 shot stoppers in the league. Just on the ball lets himself down but getting there

You'd be biased to say he is not a good shotstopper. He needs to work on his catching under pressure, has so much potential still. 💪

You expect to see at least one dodgy bit of goalkeeping from him per game. So no definitely not underrated!

He's a great shot stopper for sure. His distribution and on the ball needs work but that can be improved in time. Shot stopping is just instinctive, he can be a great keeper.

Good shot stopper...but his distribution is bloody abysmal. Also, awful on corners and crosses...gives me no confidence whatsoever.
