My observational journey with Samuels-Smith is 🛰 comprehensive so far I spotted him in a Everton-Spurs U21 to watch other players. Then he moved to Chelsea. The profile is one that suggests he will stay clunky in a few years; or in his case, getting regular starts at 17 suggests people who know have more data points and he's actually a 🐛🦋 I hope the idea is conveyed as I intend. That's the situation where you have to rely on people who coach them, and if they're younger than their team mates and keep getting starts it means they are good. It took me some time to challenge my own observations and conclusions. He's doing everything you expect a modern FB, to receive inside and outside. 15-19 years are very challenging because football goes from oversized 8 a side on a 11 a side pitches, to actual men's football. People familiar with these age groups are able to set apart someone who looks clumsy but isn't, and someone who probably forever will be. It's very hard Depends on efficiency, are they actually in the right place even if the running mechanics are a bit all over the place. There's false positive and false negatives.
