Al-Mersaad has received the confession videos of two arrested Pakistani ISIS militants. One of them was involved in recruiting youth and fundraising for ISIS Khorasan, while the other was involved in propaganda efforts for the group. The captured ISIS member, Inayatullah, revealed that he maintained contact with Abdul Malik, the financial manager of Khorasani Khawarij, as well as several other active officials. He admitted to using Telegram to lure individuals residing in Europe to join ISIS. Another ISIS operative, by the name of Amir Khan and originally hailing from Karachi, disclosed that he too was recruited into the group in Pakistan, where recruitment efforts for the Khawarij are widespread. He urged the Pakistani citizens to not be swayed by the rhetoric of ISIS-Khawarij, emphasizing that they are manipulated by intelligence agencies.
