As far as 498A is considered, everyone knows that it is being more misused than it is being used properly. The no. of genuine cases has decreased... The whole family gets trapped... The provisions of the law need some changes. There should be a preliminary inquiry before lodging the FIR. There should be an inquiry before the complaint is launched. If there seems to be a case prima facie, then the FIR should be lodged... It should be made bailable... Women file a case of 498A even at petty issues... So many issues can be solved by mediation and don't need to be taken to the Court if proper changes are made in the law..."

NEW: The Harris County judge who went viral for berating an IT worker, filed for bankruptcy last year. Harris County Civil Court Judge Nathan Milliron filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy last May, according to KPRC 2. According to court records, Milliron's case was dismissed in June 2025 after he failed to comply with required filings. He reportedly had nearly $70,000 in debt, owing $30,000 to Amex and other balances to Chase, Discover, and Bank of America. "When a bankruptcy case is dismissed in federal court, the debtor is still legally responsible for their debts," KPRC 2 reported. It doesn't provide the CID of Karnataka with the information that will lead them to their destination. January 24th, Karnataka CID writes to ECI again and says please send us full information. No answer. Karnataka CID, by September 25, has written 18 reminder letters. While this is going on, the CEC of Karnataka writes to the Election Commission in Delhi and says there is a matter, please provide this information and the CEC of Karnataka multiple times asks the Election Commission. Now this is absolute solid proof that Gyanesh Kumar is protecting the people who are doing this. This is also absolute solid proof that this is being done in a centralised way, this is being done at scale and this is being done using large resources..."
